Harrow Borough have confirmed a pre-season friendly against a Brentford XI on Tuesday 4th August at Earlsmead, kick off 7.30pm. Ticket prices are to be confirmed but are likely to be £9.00 Adults, £5.00 Senior Citizens, £1.00 Under 16's accompanied by adult, £5.00 Students (upon production of valid student card).
This replaces the away friendly at Northwood FC, which has now been cancelled due to the poor condition of the Northwood Park pitch.
Brentford's Assistant Manager Terry Bullivant has assured David Howell that there will be at least five or six first team players involved on the night.
This match will be followed by the short trip to Uxbridge on Thursday and finally our last pre-season matches will both take place on Saturday 8th August. David Howell will take a Boro team to Corinthian Casuals, while his assistant Ken Charlery will also take a team to Wingate & Finchley. This is to ensure that the entire first team squad will have an opportunity to play 90 minutes a week before the start of the Ryman League season. |
